In addition to meeting your Urgent Care needs at convenient hours, our Doctors experience will still be focused on being your Primary Care physicians. We are accepting new patients and we want to be your Primary Care clinic as well.

As your primary care provider we will manage your full health needs. This will include Yearly Health Maintenance Exams, Hospital coverage if you ever need admission, Long Term management of chronic ailments such as Diabetes, Cholesterol control, High blood pressure and similar illnesses. We also provide referral to specialist in cases that require that intense level of care.
If you or your loved one is hospitalized, our staffs do make hospitals rounds at St Mary’s hospital.
 

Our care services include visitation to assisted living facilities and extended care facilities.  Please contact us for details.
